Nicholas Bovi Bio

Nicholas is responsible for aiding in the identification and analysis of potential opportunities for platform and add-on acquisitions, the due diligence and execution of new investments and the management of companies in the current portfolio. Prior to joining Palladin in 2019, Nick worked as a strategy associate with Forward Financing, where he supported the management team in evaluating various operational and growth initiatives across the organization. Before joining Forward Financing, Nick worked as an investment banking associate with Alantra Partners, where he worked on the origination and execution of middle market mergers and acquisitions within a variety of industries. Nick earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University’s School of Business.
