Jack Li Bio

Jack Li is a Principal at Palistar Capital. Mr. Li has 15 years of experience as an investor, investment / merchant banker and finance executive in the TMT sector. Prior to joining Palistar, Mr. Li was CFO and EVP of Corporate Development at All.Space Networks, a leading venture backed company focused on next-generation satellite communication capabilities. While at All.Space, Mr. Li led the company’s financial and strategic planning operations and raised over $100 million of capital ranging from equity financing to non-dilutive funding contributions from investors, government agencies and strategic customers. Before joining All.Space, Mr. Li was a Senior Vice President in the TMT group at Macquarie Capital where he executed over $15 billion of transactions across M&A, debt, equity financing and principal investments. Mr. Li worked on a range of transactions across the communication towers, data centers, satellites, Internet of Things and wireless sectors. Mr. Li holds a BA in Economics from Harvard College.
