Will Kaplan Bio

Will Kaplan is a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners. Mr. Kaplan joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2020. He is part of the Investment Team and is also a member of the firm’s ESG committee. Prior to joining Paine Schwartz Partners, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company. While there, he served clients across a variety of industries on topics including growth strategy, cost optimization, risk management, and transaction due diligence. He began his career in Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Societe Generale and UBS. Mr. Kaplan is a graduate of Duke University (Bachelor of Administration in Public Policy) and was raised in Westport, Connecticut.
