John Gallotta Bio

John Gallotta is a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners. Mr. Gallotta joined Paine Schwartz Partners in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gallotta worked at KPMG, LLP as a Manager in the Financial Due Diligence group within Transaction Services and in the Banking & Capital Markets Audit practice. While there, he advised on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as on financial and commercial diligence projects in the insurance and financial technology sectors. Mr. Gallotta currently serves on the board of Urban Farmer. He is a graduate of Boston College (Bachelor of Science in Accounting) and was raised in Thornwood, New York. Mr. Gallotta is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
