France joined from AXA Group, where she was successively Human Resources Manager, Director of Social Policy, Training and International Mobility, Group Benefits and Head of Individual Cases. Prior to this, she was Director of Human Resources for three years at Chateau Online, preceded by five years as Human Resources Director at AOL and Compuserve France. France holds a Master of Business Administration from Burgundy School of Business. She is fluent in French and English, and conversational in German.
