Alessandro Pedersoli Bio

Alessandro joined PAI in 2020 as a member of the Mid-Market Fund Team. He has extensive experience of the mid-market segment having worked in the space since 2014, most notably at Alpha Private Equity, where he focused on a variety of transactions in the consumer, business services and industrials sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Chiaruttini e Associati, a leading advisory boutique specialised in turnarounds and restructurings. Alessandro holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, a specialisation in finance from the University of California San Diego and a degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He is fluent in Italian and English, and has basic knowledge of Portuguese.
