Britt Green joined Paceline in September of 2022 and supports business operations with a focus on human resources, real estate, and office administration. Britt was most recently an Operations Manager at PathSpot, a biotech startup. While there she played a pivotal role in assisting with scaling business operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting the growth of the company. Britt has spent over 15 years in administrative support roles spanning across real estate, biotech, and reinsurance industries.
