Per-Nicklas Höglund has more than 20 years of experience in private equity. Prior to joining Orlando Nordics as partner in 2019, he spent 4 years as Executive Vice President Strategy, Group Projects and M&A at Dometic Group AB. He also gained 16 years of extensive experience at McKinsey, including 8 years as a partner. Per-Nicklas Höglund holds master's degrees in civil engineering as well as in accounting and economics.
