Jonathan Mandelbaum Bio

Jonathan joined OrbiMed in 2020 and is currently a Vice President on the Private Equity team. Prior to OrbiMed, Jonathan worked at Accelerator Life Science Partners where he focused on biopharmaceutical company creation. Previously, he worked as a research scientist in the oncology drug discovery unit at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Jonathan received a Bachelor in Science from McGill University and a Ph.D. in Cellular, Molecular, and Biophysical Studies from Columbia University. In his free time, when not chasing after his kids, Jonathan can be found practicing his guitar, jump shot, or otherwise enjoying all things Canadian.
