Harris Roth Bio

Leveraging his background in banking, startup and public company corporate finance & strategy Roth is active in all aspects of OIG’s operations from deal origination, negotiation financing/structure, operations and strategy. He takes a seat on the board of directors of each portfolio company, and is involved in all facets of the eventual exit. He holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
