Michael Song Bio

Mr. Song is a Principal based in OpenGate Capital’s Los Angeles office where he is responsible for due diligence and transaction execution of the firm’s software and technology-related acquisitions. Prior to OpenGate, Mr. Song was at Sun Capital Partners in Los Angeles as an Investment Associate, and he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital in the Global Technology Group. Mr. Song earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
