Simon Millerchip Bio

Simon re-joined OpCapita in June 2015, having previously worked for OpCapita for two years 2008-2009 as Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Before OpCapita, Simon spent nearly five years at Man Capital where he was responsible for the establishment, development and ongoing operation of its private equity fund structure. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Blackstone where he ultimately became a Vice President, Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Simon also worked in Group Finance as Assistant Vice President for R. Fleming/J.P. Morgan. Simon is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a CFA Charterholder. He has a BA Hons in Economics & Social History from the University of Bristol.
