Imran Siddiqui Bio

Imran Siddiqui joined Ontario Teachers' in 2020 within the Private Capital team and has 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience. He is focused on direct private equity investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’, Imran was a Partner at Signal Hill Equity Partners, a North American mid-market private equity fund, where he sourced and executed new investments and served on the boards of several portfolio companies. He previously also worked in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch focusing on a variety of M&A and capital market transactions across the US and Canada. Imran completed his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.Comm. (Great Distinction) from McGill University where he graduated second in his class.
