Paul Edwards Bio

Since joining Onex, Paul has worked on Onex Partners’ investment in Clarivate Analytics (formerly known as Thomson Reuters’ Intellectual Property & Science business) and served on its Board of Directors prior to the transaction in May 2019 with Churchill Capital Corporation (NYSE:CLVT). He remains actively involved with this company, and also evaluates and conducts due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Industrials sector across Europe. Paul also worked on the divestitures of Onex Partners’ investments in KraussMaffei Group and TMS International. Prior to joining Onex, Paul worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS in Toronto for two years. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours, First Class) from the Queen’s School of Business.
