Melissa Kelman Bio

Melissa focuses on investment finance and operations for Onex’ wealth management platform, Gluskin Sheff, which includes oversight of the administration and trade operations. Prior to joining Onex, Melissa was Assistant Vice President, Fund and Portfolio Services at CIBC Mellon, where she was responsible for the oversight and day to day management functions of the middle office and back office for one of the firm’s asset management clients. Previously, she was Vice President and Director, Investment Funds, Wealth Management Product Operations and Head of Product Implementation for Canadian investment funds at Bank of Montreal. Melissa is a CFA® charterholder. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario.
