Matthew Ross Bio

Matt is responsible for Onex Partners’ efforts in the Construction & Building Products and Packaging industries. Since joining Onex, Matt has worked on the acquisitions of Tomkins, RSI Home Products, Jack’s Family Restaurants and Save-A-Lot. He also worked on JELD-WEN (NYSE: JELD) and Husky International during Onex Partners’ ownership. Prior to joining Onex, Matt worked with the private equity funds of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and the North American buyouts group of DB Capital Partners, the former private equity division of Deutsche Bank AG. Matt holds an M.B.A., Finance (with Honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Amherst College.
