Matt Murphy Bio

Matt is responsible for the legal aspects of fund and product formation, structuring and capital raising across Onex’ investment platforms. Prior to joining Onex, Matt was Director, Legal at Northleaf Capital Partners, a global private markets investment firm based in Toronto. Previously, he was an associate at Torys LLP. Matt holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and both a B.A. and B.Sc. from Queen’s University.
