Laurence Goldberg Bio

Laurence is responsible for Onex Partners’ efforts in the Software sector. Since joining Onex, Laurence has led Onex’ investments in Imagine Learning (formerly Weld North Education) and PowerSchool Group. Laurence is Co-Chairman of the board of PowerSchool Group and also serves on the board of Imagine Learning. Prior to joining Onex, Laurence served as the Global Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications investment banking at Barclays. Previously, he was the Head of Technology investment banking at Lehman Brothers and a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s technology investment banking group. Laurence has a B.S. in Economics (magna cum laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
