Kyle McGinnis Bio

Since joining Onex, Kyle has worked on Onex Partners’ investments in Wealth Enhancement Group, OneDigital and Convex Group. He remains actively involved with these businesses and also evaluates and conducts due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining Onex, Kyle worked at the private equity fund H.I.G. Capital where he worked on investments including AMPAC Fine Chemicals and Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Kyle began his career in the Investment Banking division of Wells Fargo Securities. Kyle holds an M.B.A., Finance (with Honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. (magna cum laude) from Washington & Lee University.
