David Armstrong Bio

Since joining Onex, David has worked on Onex Partners' investments in PowerSchool and TMS International. He also worked on the divestiture of The Warranty Group. He remains actively involved with PowerSchool and focuses on new investment opportunities in the Software sector. David currently serves on the board of PowerSchool Group. As well, David serves on the board of Covenant House Toronto. Prior to joining Onex, David worked in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse in Los Angeles for two years. David holds an Honours Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree (with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Business Administration degree (with Distinction, Ivey Scholar) from the Ivey School of Business.
