Alan Tsang Bio

Alan is responsible for leading Onex’ internal audit function, encompassing financial and compliance matters, as well as other internal audit initiatives. Prior to joining Onex, Alan led the internal audit and compliance function at a Canadian multinational corporation that owns and operates a global portfolio of mining and energy assets and operations. Prior to that, Alan was a Manager in the Toronto EY office having worked in both external audit and finance risk advisory services. Alan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
