Prior to One Rock, Mr. Kawadler was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Healthcare group where he worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions. Mr. Kawadler earned a B.S. in economics-finance, summa cum laude, from Bentley University.
