Diana Barr Bio

Diana Barr is an Operating Partner focused on driving post-acquisition value at One Rock's portfolio companies primarily through executive recruiting and strategic sourcing. Ms. Barr has over 30 years of experience in talent strategy, executive talent acquisition, diversity-focused recruitment and succession planning. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Barr created Boeing’s in-house executive recruitment function and led global executive staffing. Prior to her role at Boeing, Ms. Barr served as Managing Director leading global executive staffing, employment branding and social media at W.W. Grainger. Additionally, Ms. Barr was previously Director of Executive Search at Ferguson Partners, Director of Talent Acquisition with Tinicum Capital and a Search Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles. Ms. Barr began her career at Marriott International. Ms. Barr received a B.A. in business administration and organizational development from Mercyhurst College.
