Andrea (AJ) Skobel is an Operating Partner in the Talent and Organizational Development vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Ms. Skobel brings over 20 years of global executive human resource management, talent acquisition and leadership development experience, working to align human resource strategy with business and operational strategies. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Skobel served as Vice President of Human Resources at IDEX Corporation. Prior to her tenure at IDEX, she held various Human Resources roles at John Crane. Ms. Skobel received a B.B.A. in human resources management, summa cum laude, from Loyola University, as well as an M.B.A., with honors, in strategy and operations from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
