Tim Borneck Bio

Tim Borneck joined One Equity Partners in 2019 and is a Vice President based in Frankfurt. Since then, Mr. Borneck worked primarily on investments in the information technology and services industries. Mr. Borneck is a board member at MCL and observer at VASS and Spartronics. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Borneck was an in-house consultant at Siemens, where he was involved in various carve-out and post-merger integration projects in the renewables, healthcare and mobility sector. Mr. Borneck received his M.Sc. in International Finance from NOVA SBE in Lisbon.
