Steven Lunau Bio

Steve Lunau joined OEP in 2010 and is a Partner based in Chicago. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Lunau has worked on numerous investments in the industrials, chemicals, energy, automotive, machinery, packaging, and internet security sectors. Mr. Lunau is a director on the Board of Directors of PGW Autoglass, Brush Group, USCO SpA, and Nexion SpA. He has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Walterscheid, ePAK, Resolute, Strike, Anvil, Chemlogics, Mandiant, and Allied. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Lunau worked in New York in the Investment Banking division of JPMorgan's Restructuring Group where he focused on capital structure solutions for distressed companies. Mr. Lunau received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College, where he graduated cum laude.
