Otavio Birman Bio

Otavio Birman joined OEP in 2016 and is a Vice President based in New York. Since 2016, Mr. Birman worked on investments in the technology, business services and industrial sectors. Mr. Birman is a member of the Board of Directors of CloudOne Digital, Mythics, Orion and Cless Cosmetics, and has previously served on the Boards of CDI, Rizing, Unicoba, and Portal. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Birman worked at HSI, a private equity firm focused on emerging markets, where he was involved in investments in the retail, logistics, residential, and hospitality sectors. Mr. Birman began his career at UBS, covering the oil & gas industry. Mr. Birman received his B.Sc. in Business Administration from FGV in Brazil.
