Ori Birnboim Bio

Ori Birnboim joined OEP in 2013 and is a Managing Director based in Frankfurt. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Birnboim has worked on numerous investments in the automotive, energy, services and technology industries. Mr. Birnboim is currently a director on the Board of Directors of Armis, BRUSH and Nexion and was also involved in several of OEP’s realized investments. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Birnboim co-founded an Emerging Markets focused M&A firm which he sold in 2012 and prior to that he worked in the Investment Banking division of CIBC Capital Markets in Toronto and New York. Mr. Birnboim received a B.Com. in Finance and Economics from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where he graduated cum laude.
