Blake Corners Bio

Blake joined The Omnia Group in 2018 and is currently the Director of Finance and a business partner. Blake is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities as well as partnering with the leadership teams of Omnia's portfolio businesses to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Blake's background covers over a decade of corporate finance and strategy as well as investment banking experiences. Prior to joining The Omnia Group, Blake was in investment banking performing sell-side merger and acquisition transactions for lower middle market companies across distribution, building products and contract manufacturing industries. Along with his years in investment banking, Blake spent time in various corporate finance and strategy functions in the aerospace and defense industry. He spent nearly a decade with an iconic Fortune 50 company, The Boeing Company, in leadership roles responsible for integrating an acquired business as well as leading various international finance business ventures. Blake holds advanced education degrees and certificates in finance and business strategy.
