Andrew Prodanyk Bio

Andrew is Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity. He joined the team in September 2011. Andrew is actively involved in the legal aspects of several of Private Equity’s investments. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and securities. Prior to joining Private Equity, Andrew practiced corporate law at Torys LLP in Toronto. Andrew has a J.D. from University of Toronto, and an Honours BA from University of Western Ontario. Andrew is a founding director of the OMERS Foundation and chairs the Granting Committee.
