Alessandro Perona Bio

Alessandro is a Director on the GreenTech team in London, UK and is responsible for the origination, execution, and management of listed and private investments across the decarbonisation, automation and cleantech space. Within this strategy OMERS seeks to provide patient capital to fund next stages of growth or specific projects of these companies over time. Prior to joining OMERS in 2021, Alessandro worked nine years in investment banking at Citigroup, advising corporate and institutional clients on M&A and capital market transactions in the Industrial sector. Alessandro holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management and a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University.
