Luca joined OMERS Infrastructure in London in November 2022. He is a Managing Director and leads investment efforts in transportation and community infrastructure in Europe. Prior to joining OMERS, Luca was a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley in the Transportation & Infrastructure team in the Investment Banking department. During his career at Morgan Stanley and in his prior roles at Barclays and UBS, Luca advised on over 30 completed transactions across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Luca holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where he has also been a lecturer of Corporate Finance.
