Benjamin Haskins Bio

Ben joined OMERS Infrastructure in April 2023. He provides legal advice to the transaction teams leading the Strategic Partnership Program. Prior to joining OMERS, Ben was a Senior Legal Director at Goldman Sachs, where he advised the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Equity and Infrastructure businesses. Prior to GS, Ben was an associate in the M&A/Private Equity group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he advised clients on public and private M&A transactions. Ben holds a BA from Hillsdale College (cum laude) and JD from George Mason University (cum laude).
