Alberto Rozza Bio

Alberto is currently a Director with OMERS Infrastructure’s European transaction team, which he joined in July 2017. Alberto is involved in the origination, evaluation and execution of new investments, as well as management of portfolio companies. He is currently part of the asset management teams for OMERS Infrastructure's investments in NET4GAS in the Czech Republic, and London City Airport in the UK. Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Alberto was an Associate with the Investment Banking team at Citigroup, where he advised clients on M&A and capital market transactions in the utilities, transport, telecom and industrials sectors in Europe. Alberto holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor in Business Administration with honours, both from Bocconi University.
