Jeff Kelly Bio

Prior to OceanSound, Mr. Kelly was a Principal at H.I.G. Capital where he focused on investing in middle-market companies operating in the aerospace and government technology market. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital in 2016, Mr. Kelly was a Principal at Veritas Capital where he spent eight years investing in aerospace, defense, and government technology companies. Mr. Kelly is currently on the board of directors of the parent of Trident Technologies, LLC, and Smartronix, LLC, and formerly served on the boards of directors of CPI International, Inc., Excelitas Technologies Holding Corp, NCI Inc., SolAero Technologies Corp., and Truven Health Analytics Inc. Prior to joining Veritas Capital in 2008, Mr. Kelly was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Kelly began his career at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kelly received a B.S. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
