Mr. Dambach is a managing director and co-portfolio manager in the European Principal Group, where his primary responsibilities include portfolio construction and management, oversight of the team’s investment professionals and overall management of the investment strategy. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2004, Mr. Dambach worked as an executive director in the Financial Sponsors department of Morgan Stanley. Prior thereto, he held roles with progressive responsibility within a number of European and global investment banks. Mr. Dambach holds business degrees in business administration from the Bankakademie e.V., the predecessor organization of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is fluent in German.
