Peter Schaffer Bio

Peter joined Oakley in 2021 and provides legal support to the Group, with a particular focus on fundraising, working closely with the investor relations and investment teams. Prior to joining Oakley, Peter was part of the private funds team at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, advising a number of blue chip private equity firms on fundraising and fund-advisory work. Peter holds a degree in English Literature from Durham University and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
