Marianne Spanos Bio

Marianne joined Oakley in 2021 and has over 20 years of tax experience in the US, Luxembourg and the UK advising both asset managers and multinationals. At Oakley, Marianne provides investment and group tax structuring and tax compliance support as well as administration/accounting and valuations oversight in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Oakley, Marianne spent 17 years in public accounting working for PwC and EY in the US, Luxembourg and the UK. Marianne has also spent 6 years at CVC in Luxembourg as their Global tax director. Marianne holds an MAcc in Accounting with a specialty in Tax and a BA Degree in Accounting, both from the University of Florida. She is also a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
