Charlotte joined Oakley in 2021 and her responsibilities include developing global LP relationships and fundraising. Prior to joining Oakley, Charlotte worked at Stirling Square Capital Partners where she helped to establish the firm’s Investor Relations function. Previously, she worked in Investor Relations and Product Strategy for Highbridge Capital Management in New York. Charlotte began her career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, where she focused on M&A within the Global Industrials Group. Charlotte holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
