Aimee Fabri Bio

Aimee joined Oakley in 2022 and is responsible for advising the Group on legal matters in relation to private equity transactions and its global operations. Prior to joining Oakley, Aimee was part of the Corporate team at Paul Hastings, with a broad practice covering all aspects of global M&A, PE and corporate governance matters. Aimee holds a Law degree from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
