Allan I. Kahn is the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel of Oak Hill Capital and has been part of the firm since 2012. Prior to joining Oak Hill, Mr. Kahn worked as a Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the Asset Management Unit at the New York office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Kahn earned a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
