Sophia Mamilli Bio

Sophia Mamilli joined Novo Holdings in 2024. She is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Sophia was a Senior Associate on the healthcare team at General Atlantic, where she worked on private equity and growth equity investments. Prior to that, she was a private equity associate at Sun Capital Partners. Sophia began her career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. Sophia holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
