Paloma joined Novo Holdings Asia in September 2022. Prior to Novo Holdings, Paloma worked with JP Morgan’s Healthcare Banking team in Hong Kong. Before this, she was an Investment Banking Associate with China Renaissance and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Paloma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fudan University, and a Master of Business of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.
