Aaron Nelson Bio

Aaron joined Venture Investments (US) Inc. in June, 2025. Previously, Aaron was Managing Director at the Novartis Venture Fund, leading Seed & Series A investments in therapeutic drug discovery projects. He also helped a digital health investment program at Novartis, called dRx Capital. Before working as an investment professional, Aaron worked on across multiple Research & Development units within Novartis, including Trials of the Future and Investigative Toxicology. Aaron earned a BA at Cornell University, a PhD in Cell and Microbiology at the University of Pennsylvania and conducted post-doctoral studies at the Karolinska Institutet, and received an MD from Tufts University.
