Michael Troy Bio

Michael Troy is a Vice President at NOVA and has 7 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fund I’s portfolio company Skywire Networks, and as an Observer to the Board of Directors for A&R Bulk-Pak and UGE. Prior to joining NOVA, Michael was an Analyst at Lincoln International, a middle market investment bank, where he was responsible for independent third-party valuations for private equity clients across all industries. Prior to Lincoln International, Michael was a financial analyst in the Scenario Planning and Stress Testing group at AIG. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and an B.S. in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University.
