Teddy Schiff Bio

Teddy joined Northwood in 2021 and was previously a partner at Arel Capital, a real estate investment firm, where he managed a portfolio of equity and debt investments. Prior to Arel, Teddy founded an asset-based lending business focused on the beverage alcohol industry and founded a real estate development and investment partnership that focused on opportunistic urban infill properties. Teddy began his career at Lehman Brothers where he traded corporate bonds and credit derivatives. Teddy lives in Connecticut and enjoys bird hunting, tennis, hockey, and outdoor cooking.
