Paul Homer Bio

Paul joined Northwood in 1999 after serving as financial analyst for a venture capital-financed retailer with more than 80 stores. Paul brought expertise in evaluating capital-raising alternatives for a variety of business types and developing financial reporting that is valuable to company managers. Paul sources and reviews new investment opportunities and serves as advisor to a variety of Northwood portfolio companies. Outside of Northwood, Paul served as an advisory board member for the Center for Entrepreneurship at Hofstra University and as a director of the Long Island Capital Alliance, which matches investors to businesses seeking venture capital and angel funding. Paul is an active contributor to his community, serving several years as president of the board of directors of Long Island Lutheran Middle and High School and, previously, a director of Long Island Lutheran Day School. Paul lives in Orlando with his wife and two sons. He is active in his church, is an avid bowler, and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
