John Laydon Bio

John serves as the CEO of Elevate Trampoline Park in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to Northrim, John was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group where he advised multi-site retail clients on market strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and corporate transformation. John began his career at Lockheed Martin, where he was a Hardware Engineer working in their R&D Skunkworks division. John received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
