Roderick Gadsby Bio

Roderick leads Northleaf’s infrastructure investment activities in the UK and Europe, with a focus on transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management, and is head of Northleaf's London office. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2018, Roderick held senior-level infrastructure investment and advisory roles at institutions such as UBS Investment Bank, Macquarie Group and Barclays Capital, and was most recently a Partner at Stormharbour LLP. With more than 20 years of corporate finance and principal investing experience in the UK and Europe, Roderick has led the origination, execution and financing of infrastructure and other real assets. In addition, Roderick has served on the corporate boards of several privately-held companies. Roderick received a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.
