Ray Stenton Bio

Ray joined NorthEdge in 2011 as the first fundraising was launched and he played an instrumental part of the successful fundraising having been involved in many of the deals that formed the investment track record whilst working alongside Andy Ball and Grant Berry at LDC. Ray has been involved in lower mid-market private equity transactions for over 20 years. He has played a lead role in the development of NorthEdge and has been involved in the majority of investments made by the firm. He is responsible for managing the investment teams across the three offices alongside the operational aspects of the business. Ray is also a member of Investment Committee and holds a number of Non-Executive board positions on NorthEdge investments. Prior to NorthEdge Ray enjoyed 7 successful years investing at LDC and 7 years at Andersens and Deloitte, predominantly in Corporate Finance Advisory. In his spare time Ray enjoys spending time with his family, most sports and fitness.
